Position Overview:
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities within the firm, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. This role is a key strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the company’s goals, support our culture, and contribute to our growth. The HR Director will also play a critical role in developing and implementing people strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a growing organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, creative environment while managing multiple priorities.
