Tony Bene, Associate – Tony has been nothing less than the company’s Swiss Army knife. In his nine years with the firm he has proven he can jump in on a project at any point and become an immediate contributor, both technically and from a design standpoint. Along the way, he has been responsible for completing several significant projects with little to no assistance. He has also been added to the team on several projects filling an immediate need for his decisive and knowledgeable technical input. 

Weston Halkyard, Associate – Advancing to the Associate position is a natural step forward for Weston as he has moved through each of the designer roles during his ten years in the firm. Initially an excellent renderer of project design concepts to a significant contributor to project schematics and design development to a project thought leader and design development delegator. Over the last three years, Weston has grown his aptitude in both project management on the site and from a business perspective. 

Aaron Teves, Senior Designer – Ever since Aaron started his career at Hutker as an intern in 2019, he has been a creative force.  He has a natural eye for design and excels at developing interesting solutions and beautiful forms during early design phases.  He has been a mentor to many through the past five years, imparting “Aaron’s Way” to guide the aesthetics of renderings and design presentations.  A major contributor on large, complex projects including one in Edgartown Harbor and Coastal Maine, his passion for design and continued dedication to the craft is inspiring. 

Amy Rogers, Senior Designer – Amy has been with Hutker for three years, bringing leadership and expertise in Revit modeling that have been a crucial contribution to the Edgartown Harbor and Northshore design teams. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail have proven invaluable throughout the project, setting a high standard for others to follow. Amy also provides a seamless bridge between our scope of work and the consultants and contractors we collaborate with, ensuring clarity and coordination at every stage. 

Michael Black, Senior Designer – A detail-driven team player, Michael is known for his collaborative spirit and thoughtful approach to design. Over the past six years with Hutker, he has become an integral member of the Boston studio, contributing to several milestone projects including our first two fully completed Boston homes. Michael brings a balance of technical precision and design sensitivity to every project, ensuring ideas are aligned with the project vision. 

Rob Aryee, Senior Designer – Since joining our team in 2015, Rob has brought his technical strengths and team player attitude to support a number of projects at Hutker. His attention to detail, commitment to quality, and deep expertise in construction documentation have consistently elevated our projects. Beyond these strengths, Rob is a thoughtful and collaborative team member who regularly shares knowledge and insight that enhances our work and keeps us evolving. 

Sarah Soltes, Senior Designer – Since joining Hutker six years ago, Sarah has been a steady and thoughtful contributor across a range of projects. Her strong design eye, technical precision, and collaborative nature make her a trusted teammate and an important part of each project she touches. Sarah approaches every challenge with care and creativity, helping ensure design intent is carried through from concept to completion. 

Acadia Alden, Designer II – Acadia has been with the firm for four years and has become an integral member of our design team. She has been leading the development of renderings that consistently impress our clients. Her growing expertise in Revit reflects both her technical skill and her strong design sensibility. Acadia’s commitment to achieving the best possible design outcomes makes her an invaluable part of the Hutker team. 

Ally Hess, Designer II – Ally has been with Hutker for four years and has contributed to a number of major projects on the Cape. She has taken the lead on lighting design for several homes, collaborating directly with clients and lighting designers to achieve thoughtful, cohesive results. In addition to her project work, Ally is an active member of the Employee Experience Committee, bringing her insight and enthusiasm to firmwide initiatives. We’re fortunate to have her as a valued member of our team.
