We are thrilled to share that Hutker Architects received two awards from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod’s 2021 BRICC Awards Gala. The event was hosted at the Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis, bringing together Cape Cod’s finest in the industry for a beautiful evening of conversations, recognition, and team spirit.

HBRACC awarded Back River a Gold in its Excellence in its New Construction size category. Back River’s unique sloping terrain and coastal restrictions were challenges that required creative solutions to achieve the homeowner’s desired program while speaking to the scale and vernacular of historic homes in the Duxbury area.

Fay Bluff, an oceanfront home inspired by a Winslow Homer painting, was recognized with a Silver award in Excellence in New Construction in its size category. Settled on a stretch of beach along the shore of the Vineyard Sound, this home was designed and built as a classic family destination and iconic gathering spot where memories are made, family ties are cemented, and grandchildren play and grow in a wondrous seaside environment.
